The Collection
The Aorere Museum of Art holds works of national significance, bringing together New Zealand modernism and abstraction, landscape photography, and spiritually resonant art rooted in the natural world. Works by artists from Aotearoa, New Zealand are presented in dialogue with international voices. The conversation unfolds across the themed rooms and sculpture garden.
The museum exists as a place of encounter — where art may deepen perception, nourish imagination, and enliven connection with the natural world.
